365 Engines Warranty.

We strive to source and supply only the best quality low mileage engines available on the market. Our stringent buying and comprehensive quality control process allows us to offer a minimum of 6 months / 6,000 mile mechanical parts warranty (whichever comes first) on any engine supplied which is less than 8 years old. This is one of the longest standard warranties available in the salvage industry today.

We like to encourage all of our customers to seriously consider extending the standard warranty to 12 months giving them extra protection on their investment.

The costs of the extended warranties vary depending on the make and model. For a quote or further information please contact us.

Please note and understand that all of our warranties are subject to our terms and conditions. We sell used engines removed from accident damaged vehicles therefore our warranty covers mechanical parts only.

In the unlikely event of a claim WE DO NOT cover labour charges or any other consequential costs incurred.

If you need to make a warranty claim on an engine we have supplied we will require a copy of your receipts showing that you have purchased all the parts listed on our guarantee requirement check list*. We also require a copy of your mechanics installation receipt showing that those parts where replaced at installation.  After we have received the list in full and determined that the engine did not fail due to overheating or due to being subjected to abuse then we will ship you replacement engine at no charge. As previously stated we will not pay any labour charges incurred.

*To qualify for our guarantee all the points on our engine fitting check list MUST BE COMPLETED. Otherwise no warranty will be provided. It is your responsibility as a customer to keep all the paperwork to prove that these steps where performed. If you have NO PAPERWORK then there is NO WARRANTY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
